What is P-Video-2?
P-Video-2 is Pruna AI's video family on NightCafe. It launched on 28 September 2026 as four PRO models for text-to-video and image-to-video, with native audio and optional start and end frames.
- P-Video-2 Fast — the value pick. Any PRO plan, regular credits. Draft-speed 720p or 1080p clips up to 20 seconds. Audio is optional.
- P-Video-2 — the standard quality pass. Any PRO plan, regular credits. 720p or 1080p, up to 20 seconds. Audio is optional.
- P-Video-2 Pro Fast — faster cinematic clips. AI Enthusiast and above, Fast Credits only. 480p or 768p, 5–15 seconds. Audio is always on.
- P-Video-2 Pro — the cinematic quality pick. AI Enthusiast and above, Fast Credits only. 480p or 768p, 5–15 seconds. Audio is always on.
Studio still starts new videos on PixVerse V6 — switch to a P-Video-2 model in the picker when you want this family. Filter the picker by Pruna AI to see all four together.
Pruna is the same provider as P Image Upscale.
What it's good at
- Value — P-Video-2 Fast is one of the cheapest current PRO video options on NightCafe (about 8 credits for a 5-second 720p clip).
- 1080p on any PRO plan — P-Video-2 and P-Video-2 Fast go up to 1080p without needing Enthusiast+.
- Start and end frames — lock the first shot, and optionally loop or set a custom last frame.
- Native audio — optional on P-Video-2 / Fast; always on for Pro / Pro Fast. Describe dialogue, music, or sound in the prompt.
- Longer standard clips — P-Video-2 and Fast go up to 20 seconds (Pro variants cap at 15 seconds).
- Aspect ratios — 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 3:2, 2:3, 1:1.
How to use it
In Studio, open the Video form and pick P-Video-2 Fast, P-Video-2, P-Video-2 Pro Fast, or P-Video-2 Pro. Write a prompt that covers the scene, the action, camera motion, and (if you want sound) the audio. Optionally add a start image and an end frame.
Example prompt:
A white teddy bear in sunglasses swims toward the camera at a cloudy Caribbean sunset. Arms and feet paddle, water splashes. Slow dramatic zoom in. Soft tropical wave sound and distant gulls, no music.
For image-to-video, upload a still as the start frame and describe the motion and sound. End frame options are None, Loop (the clip ends where it started), or Image (upload a custom last frame). After you generate, the creation settings panel shows the Video End Frame you chose.
Credits and access
Credits are charged per second, then rounded up. The default is a 5-second clip.

A 20-second 720p P-Video-2 Fast clip is about 30 credits. A 20-second 720p P-Video-2 clip is about 50 credits.
P-Video-2 Pro and P-Video-2 Pro Fast — AI Enthusiast or higher, and purchased Fast Credits only (not earned credits in relax mode):

Pro clips max out at 15 seconds. A 15-second 768p P-Video-2 Pro Fast clip is about 40 credits; a 15-second 768p P-Video-2 Pro clip is about 85 credits.
Which one should I pick?
- P-Video-2 Fast — start here for cheap 720p/1080p drafts on any PRO plan.
- P-Video-2 — step up when you want the standard quality pass at the same resolutions.
- P-Video-2 Pro Fast / Pro — use when you have Enthusiast+ and want the cinematic Pro line (audio always on, 480p or 768p).

Good to know
- Audio is optional on P-Video-2 and P-Video-2 Fast (turn on Generate Audio). It is always on for Pro and Pro Fast — describe the sound in the prompt; there is no separate audio prompt box.
- End frames need a start image. Options are None, Loop, or a custom Image.
- If you hide the start image on a video, other people will not see the end-frame image either.
- P-Video-2 / Fast durations: 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, or 20 seconds. Default is 5 seconds.
- Pro / Pro Fast durations: 5, 8, 10, 12, or 15 seconds. Default is 5 seconds.
- These models are new (September 2026) and are not yet listed on independent video arenas. Quality-per-credit is the main reason to try them first.
