How to cancel, pause or delay your NightCafe subscription

How can I cancel, pause or delay my subscription?

You can cancel, pause, or delay your PRO subscription at any time from Manage subscription (creator.nightcafe.studio/account/subscription). Log in, open your account menu, and choose Manage subscription.

Cancel your subscription

  1. On the Manage subscription page, click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Follow the prompts — you may be offered alternatives such as pausing or changing your plan.
  3. Confirm your cancellation.

After cancelling, you keep your PRO perks until your current billing period ends (shown as PRO perks expire on the page). You will not be charged again unless you start a new subscription.

If you might return later, consider pausing indefinitely instead of cancelling.

Pause or delay your next payment

Instead of cancelling, you can postpone billing from the same page:

  • Temporary pause — moves your next payment date forward by 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 1 month. Your subscription usually stays Active and you are not charged until the new date.
  • Pause indefinitely — fully pauses billing until you click Resume Subscription. Your subscription status shows as Paused.
  1. Click Pause Subscription.
  2. Choose how long to pause, or open More pause options for shorter periods.
  3. Confirm.

To resume early, click Resume Subscription. If you only delayed your next payment (subscription still Active), this brings your next charge forward to now.

Important: Pausing or delaying payment does not extend your PRO expiry date. If your PRO perks expire while billing is paused, you lose access to PRO features until your next successful payment. See Why is my PRO status still expiring after I paused?

Older subscriptions

If you subscribed through our legacy billing provider (not Paddle), you may see separate Delay Next Payment and Pause Subscription buttons. Delay moves your next charge by 1–4 weeks; pause works similarly to indefinite pause above.
