Why was I charged more in January / February / March 2025?

If you're a PRO user and you've been on a quarterly subscription since 2024, your quarterly subscription price changed in January 2025, and your next payment after January will reflect that price change.

Upcoming price changes were communicated via email and your NightCafe inbox in October 2024.

You may also find that the amount you were charged in your next payment after January 2025 is not exactly what you expected based on the new quarterly pricing. The reason for this is that the price change was pro-rated from January, which means if you paid in December for 3 months, December was charged at the old price, then January and February were charged at the new price, and your next payment included a "true-up" for January and February.

We recognise that our initial communication about the price change didn't explicitly state that this was how it would work. If you would like to request a refund of the pro-rated difference, you are welcome to do so via the support form and we'll be happy to refund you.
