Keep your gallery tidy and find any creation in seconds.
Every creation you make is saved to My Creations, your personal library. As your gallery grows, NightCafe gives you several ways to keep it organised — views, filters and search to find things, collections and tags to group them, and select mode for acting on many creations at once.
Open My Creations from the header menu to see everything you've made. You can also reach it as the Creations tab inside the Studio while you create.
Switch between List, Gallery and Masonry views using the icons in the toolbar — pick whichever layout suits how you like to browse. Your choice is remembered for next time.
The toolbar has tools to narrow down what you see:
Collections are like albums or boards for grouping related creations. Keep them private just for your own organisation, or make them public to share a curated set on your profile. A creation can live in as many collections as you like.
You can add creations to a collection when you create them, from a single creation's menu, or in bulk with select mode. For the full guide, see Collections on NightCafe.
Tags are short keywords you attach to a creation to describe it — for example landscape, portrait or cyberpunk. They make your own gallery easy to filter, and on published creations they also help other people discover your work.
To add tags, open a creation and choose Edit Creation, then type into the Tags field. A few rules apply:
Press Enter, Tab or comma to add each tag. Once tagged, click a tag on any creation — or use the Filter menu's Tagged option — to see everything with that tag. You can also tag many creations at once with Set tags in select mode (see below).
Select mode lets you act on lots of creations together. Turn it on with the folder icon in the toolbar (or Select Creations from the ⋮ menu), then tick the creations you want. With a selection made, you can:
You can select up to 50 creations at a time. For more, see Selecting Multiple Creations (Bulk Actions).
Archiving hides a creation from your main gallery without removing it — great for tidying away work you don't want to see every day but aren't ready to part with. Archived creations stay in your account and can be found again with the Archived or Everything filter, then unarchived at any time.
Deleting permanently removes a creation and can't be undone. If you're not sure, archive instead of delete.
Want to save a tidy set to your device? Once you've filtered or selected the creations you want, you can download them together. See Bulk Downloading Your Creations for the two ways to do it.
