Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund.

What happens when you cancel

• Your subscription is set to cancelled and will not renew.
• You keep your PRO perks until your expiry date (shown as "PRO perks expire" on the Manage subscription page).
• After PRO expires, unused Fast Credits remain on your account but can only be used on non-PRO models.

Refund policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• We may refund your latest subscription payment if you have not used any credits or created any images since that payment.
• Credit packs and PRO subscriptions are non-refundable once any credits have been used.
• We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment.

To request a refund, contact us via the feedback form and include your account email, order ID and the date of the charge.
