How to delete failed or errored-out creations

How to delete failed or errored-out creations

When a creation doesn’t generate successfully, you’ll see a grey preview image with the label “ERROR - REFUNDED” at the top. These failed creations can clutter your gallery, but they’re easy to clean up.

You have two options:

🗂️ Option 1: Archive the errored creation

This hides the creation from your main gallery but keeps it stored under “Archived,” in case you want to refer to it later.

  1. Hover over the errored-out creation.

  2. Click the three dots menu (⋮).

  3. Select Archive.

🗑️ Option 2: Permanently delete the errored creation

This removes the creation from your account entirely. This action cannot be undone.

  1. Hover over the errored-out creation.

  2. Click the three dots menu (⋮).

  3. Select Delete permanently.

  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

💡 Note: These failed creations are always refunded—no credits are lost when this happens.
