NightCafe surveys are not available on demand. When you are eligible, you will receive an Inbox notification inviting you to complete one.

How surveys work

1. We run surveys periodically and invite eligible users.
2. When you qualify, a survey request appears in your Inbox (open it from the Games / Inbox icon in the top navigation bar).
3. Click Open on the notification to start the survey.
4. After you complete it, you earn a survey badge and bonus credits (typically 10, 25, or 40 credits depending on survey length).

Why you might not see a survey

• Surveys are sent out sporadically, there is not always an active survey.
• Each survey targets specific groups of users (for example, based on account activity or subscription status).
• If you have already completed a survey, you may not be invited again until a repeat survey becomes available.

There is no way to request a survey manually. Keep an eye on your Inbox, if you are eligible, an invitation will appear there.
