Fine-tuning restrictions for residents of state of Illinois, USA

Disclaimer: NightCafe cannot offer fine-tuning service in the state of Illinois due to their Biometric Information Privacy Act is a law (BIPA).

The BIPA is a law set forth on October 3, 2008 in the U.S. state of Illinois, in an effort to regulate the collection, use, and handling of biometric identifiers and information by private entities.

BIPA stands for “Biometric Information Privacy Act,” and it guards against the unlawful collection and storing of biometric information. It safeguards the rights of Illinois residents, and so it applies to all companies operating in Illinois regardless of where they're based.
