Do you keep my card details?
No. Payments are handled by Paddle who are a PCI compliant Merchant of Record, which means that even Paddle don't see or store your card details. NightCafe does not have any access to your card details apart from the last 4 digits of your card number.

Can I still buy credit packs if I've subscribed?
Yes. You will also have the option to "Charge Now" which accelerates your next subscription payment to some time in the next few minutes. This is usually a better option because credit packs are more expensive than NightCafe PRO.

My credits went to the wrong account!
Your credits will go to whatever account you're logged in to when you purchase them. If this is the wrong account for some reason, contact us via the Support form and we'll transfer them for you.
