Creation stuck in 'runnning'
If your creation is stuck in "running" status for a longer time, it is possible that there is a temporary issue with the API that is preventing images from fully generating.
If that happens, please let the renders run until they finish and show the "error" status. Do not delete any stuck creations before they show the error message, so that credits can be refunded.
You do not need to send links of the stuck creations through to the support, as once the render fails and shows the error, credits are automatically refunded so you can try again.
