Can I give / transfer credits to someone else’s account?


As a PRO subscriber, you can tips other users with credits in one of two ways:
  1. Tip user's creation 
    On the creation screen, next to the creation title, click on 3 dots menu > Tip

    Choose the number of credits you would like to tip the user > Send tip. You can also add a message to the user, complimenting their work, etc.


  2. Tip user's comment on your creation
    Choose the Tip link below the user's comment.
    Choose the number of credits you would like to tip the user > Send tip.
    You can also add a message to the user, as a response and/or thank you for their comment.

    • My credits went to the wrong account!

      Your credits will go to whatever account you're logged in to when you purchase them. If this is the wrong account for some reason, contact us via the Support form and we'll transfer them for you.
    • Can I cancel my subscription?

      You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll still keep your PRO benefits for 1 month after the latest payment. You can also delay your next payment, or pause your subscription. All this can be done from the Manage my subscription page ...
    • After purchasing credits, how soon will they appear in my account?

      Usually, your credits will appear in your account within 1 minute of your purchase. On rare occasions, it may take longer. If it ever takes longer than 10 minutes, please reach out to us via the Support form and include your order number.
    • If I cancel my subscription, can I renew it later?

      No, you will have to sign up for a new subscription. However, instead of cancelling, you can instead pause your subscription indefinitely, and then un-pause it when you're ready to continue.
    • How can I change my subscription plan?

      Unfortunately for now, the only way is to cancel your current subscription and then purchase a new one. This means that you will be charged immediately for the new plan. We're hoping to be able to improve this soon.
